OFFENSE/DEFENSE (Reebok Martial Arts Training)

Experience a lively, challenging, and exhilarating exercise session that combines offensive and defensive movements from kick boxing, cardio-boxing and other forms of a martial arts training. In this workshop (master class), you will learn the basic principles and fundamental techniques necessary to properly execute kicks and knee strikes as well as power punches, elbow strikes and blocks.
