Learn how to design and structure a comprehensive training program
based on the needs and specificity of any particular individual
or team sport . Explore the basic components necessary for effective
goal based program design, as well as activity choices available.
Areas to be covered may include cardiovascular considerations, muscular
strength and endurance, flexibility, agility, biomechanics and movement
dynamics, environmental factors, preparation on and off season,
fitness levels and equipment needs and implementation. Great for
both personal trainers and group ex instructors.
